Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors represents a diverse set of individuals and organizations, each with a unique perspective and complimentary business background to advise MediaTile and guide it to the forefront of the industry.   With deep expertise and vision around hardware and software technology, advertising and communications, broadcasting and narrowcasting, we have a unique view of where the industry is headed, and how to get there. 

Chris Luck, Chairman of the Board. Chris is a founding managing general partner of GLR Growth Fund LP, a private investment fund in Scotts Valley, CA, founded in 2000.

A startup and turn-around specialist, Chris led the restructure, turn around, and subsequent sale of two privately held companies, including APS, Inc. a custom clean-room products company, and a large-scale wood shutter and bi-fold door manufacturing company, with 273 retail outlets and two manufacturing locations.
As an entrepreneur, Chris owned and was a partner in 2 privately held commercial auto and residential glass companies with over 200 employees.

With a lifetime interest in auto racing, Chris earned his first NASCAR license at 16 and has sponsored, owned and operated professional race teams in affiliation with NASCAR, CART and the World of Outlaws and the IRL for most of his adult life.
In addition to MediaTile, Chris also serves as Board Chairman for Digital Delivery Networks Inc. and Managing Director for TriAccess Technologies.

Keith E. Rode, Director. A Certified Public Accountant, Keith is a founding managing partner of GLR Growth Fund, LP, a private investment fund in Scotts Valley, CA, founded in 2000.  Prior to 2000, Keith was a tax managing director with KPMG, LLP, a Big Four accounting firm providing tax planning and consulting solutions to publicly- and privately-held companies and their owners. 

Keith graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.  Keith currently serves on the board of directors for a number of non-profit organizations, including 4C’s (Community Coordinated Child Care) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the for-profit company Digital Delivery Networks, Inc. in Scotts Valley, California.  He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Wisconsin Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPA’s. 

Art Caisse, Independent Director. Based in Silicon Valley, Art has over 25 years of experience in identifying technology-based business opportunities, creating organizations to address them, and developing and executing the plans to bring them to fruition.

A serial entrepreneur, Art began by writing real-time networking software, later managing the technical development of Tymnet, the world’s first commercial packet-switched network, a predecessor of today’s Internet.

Art has broad experience from technical contributor to Founder and CEO, and has raised funds both from major corporate partners and top VCs. Leveraging this experience as a venture catalyst, since 1986, he has been actively participating in the inception, structuring, financing and launching of numerous technology and information-based ventures.

Art is also currently an advisor to Whagaa, provider of IPhone apps; and a co-founder and Managing Partner of Vidco, provider of Video VOIP telephony services.

Peter HillanIndependent Director. As Senior Vice President for Fleishman Hillard (FH), Peter has provided communications advice for Visa Inc., Oracle Corp., Union Bank of California, Allied Waste, San Francisco International Airport, DMB Associates and the San Francisco 49ers. He oversees FH’s corporate business efforts in San Francisco, leads the public affairs and crisis communications group and is a member of the Senior Leadership Group. He sits on the board of directors of the Bay Area Council, the region’s preeminent economic voice, and George Mark Children’s House, a pediatric palliative care facility.

Peter spent two decades as a journalist, developing and training some of today's most influential business reporters during his eight-year tenure as Executive Business Editor of the San Jose Mercury News through 2000. Before working at the San Jose Mercury News, Peter was National/Foreign Editor at the Dallas Times Herald and News Editor at the Wisconsin State Journal.
