Keith Kelsen, President and CEO. As a worldwide leader in the digital signage industry, Mr. Kelsen was recently recognized by independent global analyst, Frost & Sullivan, for his best practices in the industry, and has received the “Digital Technology of the Year Award” for MediaTile’s “Digital Sign in a Box”.  As CEO of MediaTile, Mr. Kelsen has built a world-class company with a professional team that has 19 distribution/offices and digital signage deployments in over 25 countries.  In addition, Mr. Kelsen is on the Advisory Board for the Digital Signage Association. Before founding MediaTile, he co-founded Enterprise Broadcasting Company a Retail and Entertainment Company.  He began his career in film and television.  For three decades, he produced, directed and executive produced commercials, documentaries, corporate communications, and television programs.  At 23, he built his first cable television station in California for the Hearst Corporation.  He founded Liquid Light Television; a production studio in California in the late 80’s, producing hundreds of productions for the industry.  His programs have aired internationally on HBO, TBS and PBS.  He has worked with some of the top talent in Hollywood and has been recognized for his contributions with over 20 content awards.  Mr. Kelsen has also established a content division within MediaTile to address content needs of MediaTile’s customers.

 

Simon Wilson, COO. Mr. Wilson is responsible for MediaTile's worldwide business operations, products and service delivery, best practices and process management.  In this role Mr. WIlson manages the operations for MediaTile's accelerated global expansion and service initiatives. Prior to MediaTile, Mr. Wilson served as CFO and EVP of Operations at SurfControl, a publicly traded Internet content security company, where he successfully guided the company through its aquisition by Websence in 2007; and was a partner at KPMG providing strategic advisory and M&A services to private and public software and IT clients. Mr. Wilson has broad international experience covering countries in the Americas, China, Pac Rim, and Europe as well as extensive operational, financial and strategic experience in running, growing, raising financing, and buying/selling software companies.

 

Michael Sullivan, CFO. Mr. Sullivan served as CFO and Vice President of Finance for Digital Island, Inc., a publicly traded company, which he was a founding member. Prior to Digital Island, Mr. Sullivan served as VP Operations and CFO for Tut Systems, a publicly traded company, Inc., a networking company that develops and manufactures networking hardware products that utilize existing copper wire infrastructure to transmit data at very high speeds. Mr. Sullivan has also served as Vice President of Finance and CFO of Macfarms International and Senior VP Finance and CFO for Zemco, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic automotive accessories. Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience with technology start-ups, providing financial and operational consulting services. He has owned and operated his own public accounting firm and consulted for several large firms in technology, health care and other industries. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed CPA, an AICPA member and is available to practice accounting in California and Oregon. Mr. Sullivan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

 

Tom Rizol, SVP Worldwide Sales. Mr. Rizol is responsible for MediaTile’s worldwide sales strategy, multi-tiered distribution network and partner sales programs. A seasoned industry executive with more than 25 years of managing and directing sales operations, Rizol will leverage his expertise and successes in launching network solutions, peripherals and display technologies. Previously, Rizol served as General Manager for SMC Networks Inc., a leading supplier of wireless network equipment and solutions, Vice President and General Manager of Logitec Inc., a designer and manufacturer of peripherals, and Vice President of display and multimedia business units for Sony Electronics. His diverse background in high technology includes expertise in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance.

 

Michael Foster, SVP Worldwide Marketing. Mr. Foster is responsible for MediaTile’s worldwide marketing strategy, partner programs, go-to-market campaigns, publicity and Web activities. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in creating category and market leadership positions for software, products and services with strategic partners, enterprise customers, and major retail, hospitality and food service chains. Prior to joining MediaTile in 2003, Mr. Foster held executive marketing positions in publicly-traded software and services companies including Progress Software Corporation and SCO Inc., and with startups in the software-as-a-service (SAAS) and software development markets including Allegrix, Ryan-McFarland and MicroPort Systems.

 

Dean Thomas, VP Engineering & Solutions Architect. 20+ years Project Technical Management of engineering teams, including technical requirements, design, implementation, hardware/software integration, testing, debugging and maintenance. Senior Software Manager Allocity, Senior Staff Software Engineer SCO, and Sunsoft.
