Digital Signage Touch Screens

MediaTile Digital-Sign-In-A-Box systems are also available in Touch Screen Configurations. Touch screen systems give users the ability to engage directly with the display and obtain additional information on products or services by simply touching defined areas of screen.

Touch Screen configurations work with Flash-based content files which are programmed with defined hot-zones. Once a hot zone is pressed by a user, a new piece of content, such as a video file, static jpeg image, or other element is immediately displayed on the screen. As a user touches these hot-zones, each touch event is logged and uploaded to the Broadcast Portal.

Network operators can analyze data from each touch-screen based device to gain feedback on customer touch-points and areas of interest. This provides a method to perform powerful customer research and business intelligence analysis on products and services without deploying personnel on-site to perform that task, nor waiting for end of period for sales data to arrive.
